How Does It Work?
Easy as 1, 2, 3...

Creating a Listing:  


1.     Log in to your account or create a free membership with
2.     Choose the type of listing you want to create. (Residential, Commercial, Cell phone, Membership)
3.     Follow the online guide to create a listing specific to your selected type.
4.     You can select additional options for your listing such as:

a.  Unlock Communication Allows the ability to communicate with members about your listing.

b.  Upgrade to a Featured Listing - Your listing will be randomly rotated on the home page for viewing and will also show at the top of search results relating to type and criteria.

5.     Once your listing is created, monitor its activity within the “My Accounts” page.

Managing Your Listing:  
1.   Once members begin to show interest in your ad and you are ready to communicate, if you have not already done so, click the unlock option to open communications for the listing.  At this time, a flat, one-time fee is paid to open communication for all connections to your listing. 

2.   All communications between members can be managed within your Message Center.

3.   When you have found a qualified member to take over your contract, you can close the listing by choosing the “End Listing” option.
 Taking over a lease:  
1.     Search through listings for available contracts manually or by using the search feature to input criteria.
2.     To communicate with a member, click on the “Contact Seller” button.  If you have not done so, you will be prompted to either log in or create a free membership.
3.     Send a message to the owner and manage communication through the Message Center within the ‘My Account’ page.*
4.     Work with the property manager or service provider to take over your new lease!

 *For your security and safety, do not disclose any private information directly to members.  This information should only be provided to property owners and service providers as requested.
